Kosmopolis

Barcelona's Contemporary Culture Centre of Barcelona presents Kosmopolis, a biennial literature festival open to all genres. In preparation for a bigger festival in 2011, the 2010 edition is small programme of discussions and lectures about the future of books.

In 2011, the full festival will see writers from around the world taking part in an extensive series of round-table discussions, videos and exhibitions.

As well as street garlands, there are orchestras, games, theatre, music, dance and other activities, which turn the district into one big party.
